These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MarketMetrica (the “Service”), operated by Mindsheep Labs LLC (“Mindsheep Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
The service
MarketMetrica connects to marketing and analytics accounts you authorize, retrieves performance data on your behalf, stores historical snapshots, and generates AI-assisted reports and dashboards. Features may change over time.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and only connect accounts you are authorized to access. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Connected services
When you connect a third-party service (such as Google, Meta, or others), you authorize MarketMetrica to access the data necessary to provide the Service, subject to that provider’s terms and our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.
AI-generated content
Reports include content generated by automated systems and may contain errors or omissions. They are provided for informational purposes and are not professional, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for how you use them.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindsheep Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or as needed to protect the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
Governing law & contact
